Welcome to SIMPLY BRITTANY.

The stone cottage is extremely comfortable and is tastefully furnished. The situation is perfect for a relaxing holiday in the sun, by the beach or just unwinding at the end of the day spent exploring the many attractions. Every effort has been made to ensure your stay will be entirely “unforgettable”. For the winter and spring seasons we have radiators for your convenience.

Large family room with TV, VCR

Our large family room is ideal for relaxing in comfort and overlooks the patio area and up into the large grassed garden which overlooks a conservation area and lake beyond, The large french doors which open out onto the patio area ideal for outside eating, drinking or BBQ’s.

The kitchen/diner is large and spacious and is fully equipped for your stay. It has a cooker, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and the all important coffee/ teapot. There is ample cutlery, cooking utensils, crockery and glassware etc. (for your convenience there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board).

Upstairs there are three spacious double bedrooms two have double beds and wardrobes and chest of drawers. One of the master bedrooms' has a well equipped en-suite shower room.

The third double bedroom offers four single beds. The bathroom is well appointed complete with bath/shower, toilet and sink.

The cottage is fully equipped for eight people plus a sofa bed to sleep an extra two if required and is complete with all bed linen. A hair dryer is provided so all you have to bring is your toothbrush and towels.

Our utility area is extremely roomy with washing machine, ironing board/iron and has a safe area for little ones to play with toys and a wall chalk board which is provided. There is a range of outdoor toys/ball games and bikes for your use.
