LUXURY SELF CATERING COTTAGE
Conditions of Hire
1. Prices are based on weekly lettings, beginning and ending on Saturday except where otherwise indicated.
2. DEPOSIT- is a booking fee and forms part payment of Hire Charge, the deposit must be paid for before reservation can be confirmed.
3. BOOKING FORM- must be completed and signed by the person who is responsible for the reservation.
4. CANCELLATION- if received 21 days prior to date of commencement of hire period, the deposit will be refunded, if cancellation received less than 21 days prior to commencement of hire period, no refund will be made.
5. NO REFUND- will be made if a hirer is requested to leave a holiday home, or leaves of his own accord before the expiration of the booking.
6. OCCUPATION- is from 4.00pm on the starting day of hire.
7. DEPARTURE- time is 10.00am on the day of departure.
8. NUMBER OF PERSONS- the maximum number of persons allowed in the holiday home is as named on the booking form.
9. Cot must be booked in advance.
10.MINORS-BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM PARTIES UNDER 18 YEARS
11.PETS AND SMOKING WITHIN THE COTTAGE ARE NOT ALLOWED
12.OWNERS RIGHTS- the management reserve the right to refuse to hand over the cottage to any person who, in the opinion of the owners, is not suitable to take charge.
13.A DEPOSIT- of £100 is payable on commencement of hire period. This is refundable, provided no damage has been done, and the home is left in a clean condition. Full payment for the hire of the cottage should be sent to 5 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday. Keys will be sent with directions on the location of the cottage upon receipt of this payment.
14.HIRERS RESPONSIBILITY- The hirer is responsible for the home and is expected to take reasonable care of it. The hirer also undertakes to report and pay for any damage to the home equipment lost, damaged, broken, or stolen. Unsuitable substitutes are not acceptable. The home equipment including all utensils must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the hire period, or an appropriate deduction will be made from the deposit.
15.LINEN- the hirer will need to bring their own bedroom linen and towels.
16.SERVICE- the hirer is asked to notify the owners immediately of any short-coming in the home so that it can be remedied. No claim can be considered for the shortcomings not so notified.
17.IMPORTANT- it is an express condition of this booking that the owners are relieved of liability for any accident, lose or damage which may be sustained by the patrons or their property whether such loss or damage is caused by negligence of the owners, its servants or agents or otherwise. |
